Depends. If it's good ramen, like not cup noodles or top ramen, then yeah. Because those aren't just salt water juice. Those are actually good (salt filled) soup broths. Like Shin ramyun broth is aweeesome.
my mother makes some sometimes, but drains the shit out of it. after, she'd put all sorts of diced veggies, seasonings & other ingredients in it & then sautes it where it becomes something infinitely better.
