When will the new rules be implemented?

My b if this has been discussed already but does anyone know what the first UFC event will be with the new downed opponent rule?

Thanks for the link so next year you have to actually be down to be a downed opponent. Or do the trick with both hands down allowing them to wack away at your head with punches great change.

Knee works yes. I believe you now need both hands and both feet grounded (if no knee is down). So someone with both hands down who lifts a foot up is fair game.
