When to supplement

I always lift before mma class. And after I lift I drink protein and creatine and this alawys bloats me and makes me cramp. So is it possible to save it and drink it after mma class since it's a workout within it's self?

i think its better to space out your workout and mma class as much as possible so you wont have to worry about that
 
i dont think weights then mmas a good idea anyways, i drink a supplement before i work out then before i go to sleep
 
Yeah man if you can manage it, space your weights out further apart from your MMA. I give myself 3 or 4 hours minimum between workouts and I take protein after I lift. I don't cramp.
 
Is the protein you are using a concentrate or isolate? I would try switching to an isolate and see if that helps
