When people say Conor can knockout his opponent, do they not understand what they're admitting?

You're admitting he only has a puncher's chance. It was the narrative before the Floyd circus, that Conor only needed one shot and he could lose all the rounds and just get the KO.

That's not a good thing lmao. It's admitting his ways to win are very limited and imo discredit him as a fighter more than glorify his KO prowess.

So when everyone is parroting this same rhetoric that Conor only needs to connect one punch against Khabib even if he gets taken down and pounded out, they aren't even giving McGregor his due diligence.

Depends on how you look at it. A "punchers chance" is all he's ever needed, and only two men have survived past two rounds. Meanwhile Khabib isn't known for his finishing ability and will need to avoid that laser guide nuke of a left hand for five long rounds...

Conor will have at least five chances to put Khabib on queer street, and he rarely needs more than two...

Am I the only one who saw a very slow and tired Khabib in round 4 vs. Al? The only time we have seen him go more than 3 rounds? Where does this myth that Khabib is a cardio machine come from?
Conor doesn't even usually last two full rounds before he's stumbling around like a bum with no power on his shots.

You have no idea what losing via punches mean. Just log out

Im Sorry that youre a moron who doesnt understand nuance. Nate lost the fight. In which manner? Decision. How did the fight go? Nate got beat up by Conors boxing. Its not hard to understand, worm brain.

A TKO is losing via punches. A decision is a decision. A decision which should’ve been a draw considering Nate beat the hell out of him. You’re slow as shit and shouldn’t have access to the internet

Except when he clowned Holloway for 3?
Holloway was like a kid at the time.

Conor has literally never finished anyone past the second round. He probably has about one round of KO power with the pace Khabib pushes.

Who the fuck are these ppl? Do they just come out of the woodwork for big fights with their retarded opinions?.

That's because only two men have SURVIVED and not gotten KOed/TKOed after two rounds, you dimwit. That's a funny way of saying he knocks the fuck out of almost everyone he fights.

What else would Conor have over floyd tho. Good cardio? Nope lol.

Willpower? Nah, he quits.

There are great KO artists that don't have a punchers chance because they excel in other aspects of the sport. Rumble could rely on his wrestling, Silva had great TDD, ground game, and clinch game, etc.

I could see if the running narrative revolved around his counter striker nature, use of distance, and precision. But it's never about that and even then, a grappler could just take him down.

So what does he bring?
Did you just asked what else Conor could have done vs Floyd except punch him?! Its boxing, you fucking retard.
Sooo....if Floyd didnt punch Conor once, but showed "cardio", or "willpower" he still would win?!

Chuck Liddell was known for knocking his opponents out. Did he only have a punchers chance?

Conor was the first concurrent 2 division champ in UFC history. Hardly won by a "punchers chance"

Lastly, you fucking momo.....stating Conor can knock out his opponent isnt an "admission"

Did Takase beat him in the standup? Imagine your GOAT getting submitted by Artemij Sitenkov

I thought Anderson was a well-rounded fighter though?

<36>

Conor lost to to Sitenkov a few months after starting grappling at age 19. Anderson started training jiu-jitsu when he was a kid and was submitted 6 years into his career at age 28. What a pathetic attempt at a comparison.

Dumbest thread ive ever read on here, which is quite an accomplishment. Congrats TS.

Conor still lost to nobodies and was submitted 3 fucking times. Especially in his prime after losing on the feet.

Lol, once Chuck's speed and chin ran their course he got his ass KOd. Sounds like a punchers chance to me.

Conor lost to one nobody. The other two have been ranked in the UFC. Where's all those guys Anderson lost to in HIS PRIME, and not at higher weight classes? lmao

Another pathetic attempt to delegitimize Conor. Pick your shit up boy.

Duffy isn’t shit and Diaz was an easy fight according to McGregor himself.

Again, Anderson was never beaten on the feet and forced to panic wrestle in his prime.

He also doesn't have this one punch KO power that everyone talks of.

Sure, he hits hard, no doubt. That said, he isn't knocking people cold with power shots per se, he has managed to knock Aldo and Poirier out with perfectly placed shots and shots that they never saw coming, it's not like he has Woodley or Johnson power.

I think the idea that he'll one punch KO Khabib is just ridiculous.

Do you use this logic against Silva? Or Overeem?

Duffy and Diaz have both been ranked at a weight class higher than Conor's, and he lost to Duffy two years after he started grappling.

Anderson has lost to countless guys that wouldn't even be signed int the UFC in his prime. He got knocked stiff by a wrestler. That's like Conor being knocked down by Khabib. lmao

Stop crying and accept reality. I'm speaking facts, and they aren't nor ever will be on your side.
