Well I searched Yoga and Flexibility and I didn't see that many posts that had what I was looking for so I was wondering to see which stretches you all see that are really beneficial for grapplers and everyone else in the MMA scene.
I'd say all the basic poses are going to be beneficial to you. You should really do an entire set of yoga exercises rather than cherry picking. That said, the ones that I like for grappling are: pavanamuktasana salabhasana dandayamana ustrasana
I just did yoga for the first time on sat and i can see how all the positions transfer over one way or another.
