This image isn't complete these are just the games available digitally as of 2024 (I think).

I'm not going to pretend I'm good at the early games but Rainbow Six 3 is probably the most impressive to me, though I spent more time playing both the R6 vegas games, and I had the most fun playing HAWX.

The ones that aren't in that montage. The original R6s.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Rainbow 6 Siege, Slinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow are the ones I have fondest memories of.

I probably had the most fun with the two Vegas games but I miss the realism from the early R6 games and GR1.

For me probably Wildlands. Was janky in some areas and the gameplay loop was repetitive, but I loved clearing that huge map and with all the customization options and weapons it made for really immersive military fantasy

Breakpoint was a messy follow up that made everything a chore and the enemy was pretty lame compared to the cartel

If Ubisoft wants a BIG payday, they should remaster ALL of the SplinterCell games. It'd be a big seller at $70.

But if they haven't done that in the last decade, chances are they'll never do it.

Raven Shield. A online sim racing buddy and i would play online co-op together nightly when it released.

Vegas 1&2

It was a good mix of semi-realism and all-out fun. The first 2 Splinter Cells were right below. Haven't played many besides that, or not long enough to be able to rank them.

OG Splinter Cell

I'll never forget playing like the second level in Splinter Cell. I knocked a guy out at the border of the very start of the level. He was the only one patrolling that area and I just left his body all the way near the edge. Basically where I come into the level.

I'm about 1-2 hours sneaking around this level and I get game over because someone found the guys body. I couldn't believe the game was that hardcore but I loved it. I knew it had to be that guys body also because he was the only person I needed to take out everyone else I could slip by them and move on.

The only realism that vegas had is that you die quickly

Why didn't you like the earlier ones?
I can’t really remember tbh. I remember trying one or two, but they never really captured my attention for whatever reason. Those splinter cell games count, right? That’s what I’m referring too. Not huge into pure stealth games, unless it is more Arcadey stuff like Mark of the Ninja.
