what's wrong with this forum?

Why is it so hard to post here ... most of the time you get a message there is a so called "maintenance" or you get some kind of error leading to double tripple ... posts. Often the last poster in a topic is not displayed in the contence or the message cannot be seen by others ...

Is this due to undersized capacity?
