Whats wrong with Sherdog Store?

What's the deal with the sherdog store? I have been trying to get ahold of them to fix an error in an order I placed. I have called the number on the site several times and nobody ever answers the phone. I have left several messages and nobody has called me back. I've also sent emails and you guessed it, no replies! This is ridiculous. Has anyone else had problems in dealing with the Sherdog Store? Customer service is definitly not their strong point.

This is ridiculous! I've been sending emails and leaving several messages to no avail. I don't understand why they never answer the phone at the sherdog store.

After all of these emails and unanswered phone calls, they sent me an email saying that my order had shipped. I am so pissed! They haven't even bothered to check their phone messages or emails and now they went ahead and shipped the item that I have been trying to correct for the past couple weeks.

Now I am going to have to try to contact them to arrange an exchange for the correct item. I better not have to pay shipping for this crap. I seriously doubt that I will ever shop at the sherdog store again. This has been very frustrating.
