I wasn't there, I don't know. He's always seemed like a guy with integrity, I'll take his word for it. I know that's not how I'm supposed to act according to internet law.

He said he took notes that weren't well organized enough, would write down analytical stuff that were his own thoughts to use later, as well as good stuff he heard from other people that he would attribute, and mixed those two lines in with his own notes. It's not like he went to journalism school, he was a prizefighter. I buy it. It's not like he ripped off an old Karate book from 1964 either, the guy he copied is a well known current boxing analyst, it would be like if someone in the public eye copied Jack Slack, expecting to get away with it. No one with a brain would do that. Seems like an accident.
