He was undefeated until his last fight, and dominant, scary and exciting in his wins. That there was a lot of hype and hope for him is understandable. The train got derailed last fight, and the UFC 219 fight was all about what did he learn if anything, how did he adjust, did he get his shit together. And especially was he in any way humbled by defeat. NOW - post-UFC 219 - getting off the bandwagon is TOTALLY understandable.

Yeah, I was surprised reading a thread where a lot of people were praising him because he had a better belt color of BJJ than Hooker etc, hyping up his wrestling even though it has not been that great in the UFC.
He seems explosive and aggressive but low fight IQ. The Type of fighter that wrecks low level fighters and some people they catch by surprise.
Very predictable. Who knows though, maybe he will make adjustments, maybe he will mature and calm down and fight more analytical. He's young right?
