I know same happened on the Werdum-Nog card, is there something with airco or something?
Ohhhhh the HUMIDITY!!
Well I know for the Nog-Werdum event the arena was like 90 somthing degrees around cageside. Anik and Kenny were talkng about how they lost like 20 lbs sweating just calling the action ringside. A person or two form that area chimed in saying the local Govt pays companies to put events in that arena because that Arena was an old broken down POS. No AC, old, not like US where you have to be up to code. Sardine packed, etc. The gassing was really bad at that event, the only one there. But yeah I've notice it at just about every Brazil event. And all the Brazil events have tons of WW and lower matchups. Yet everyone is gassed and sloppy by like the midpoint of rnd 2.
I think they must get money from all these places to hold event there. Kepep al lthe money naturally and have the 8k fightersand everyone have to suck it up and deal with the shitty working conditions.
Could be the climate. For instance if dong came from Seoul and didnt take a week or two to acclimatize in brazil there is no doubt his performance would be affected.
this is probably it
kind of bad if you think about it, seeing how 13 events next year will be in Brazil
Without the stupid cat picture lol, probably due to the humidity...it drains you fast.
we have few modern arenas... like 2.
thanks for the answer, I am glad others noticed this as well
Home Crowd advantage / jitters!
good thing there wasn't any HW fights
It was not the same arena, and the weather was fine yesterday.
But what you said is true, everybody wants to host a event, so, of course is about money.
Yike I hope over 50% of the 13 events next year are in those 2 arenas. But that wont happen.
