Being a prisoner of the Japense in WW2, here's some of the ways their governments science division Unit 731 killed tens of thousands of men, women and children in every horrible way imaginable:
One of those most evil groups of modern times. No one was tried for war crimes, the US government gave them immunity in exchange for sharing their findings.

- Freezing
- Boiling
- Injected with plague
- Dosed with xrays until they died of radiation poisoning
- Burned alive
- Injected with animal blood
- Frozen body parts then peeling the skin to the bone while the victim is alive
- Placed in high pressure Chambers until crushed
- Spun in centrifuges until death
- Impaled over days by quick growing bamboo
- Vivisecting pregnant women who'd been forcefully impregnated by the guards
- Vivisection while alive of people infected with various diseases without anaesthetic as they felt it might affect their results
