What's the point of throwing jab to the leg?

    level change. good way to execute or fake a td. still though. benson's use of them did not seem that effective or well utilized.

    It's meant to be a distraction, nothing else. Get the opponent to drop his guard and attention down. Pretty weird move. lol

    Seems more of a psychological move than anything.

    I like it.

    Although it looks like it leaves him open for a counter. High risk/low reward if it's punished IMO.

    I think it's all about scoring points without really engaging. Same goes for those kicks to the thigh. Very low risk and you can pump up your total strikes landed really quickly. I appreciate that he wasn't throw them at the knees but I don't think those shots to the quads were hurting at all.
