I went to Atlantic City the other day and lost a few grand. Was depressed but had a great time using my Comp afterward.

My wife is from Czech Republic, I'm originally from Slovenija. We met while we were in the US then shortly moved back to the Czech Republic. Her cousin had a long running gambling problem... a bad one. One year his parents lost an old house they had inheirated because they had to pay of his gambling debts. Apparently he never stopped gambling because one sunday in June of 2006 we found him hanging dead from a radio tower about 40 feet up. Alot of seasonal workers from Ukaraine would come to our town for the large wine industry work. Almost once a year we would find a Ukrainian worker hanging from the radio tower where they had comitted suicide leaving sad letters they wrote drunkingly before killing themselves in the night. That sunday morning my aunt and uncle were walking to the church for service. The radio tower overlooks the village which lies in a valley. Everyone looked up and saw the body and sadly said that another Ukrainian had killed themselves. After church we all found out it was our cousin Radek. I'd say that's the most I ever knew of someone losing due to gambling. I fucking hate gambling.

talk us threw the night mate

how'd you lose a few grand exactly

I lost $1200 in one night a few years ago. Night ended up with me being 10 mins late for last call. I still wanted beer(didn't need it) used my top notch negotiating skills. Ended up being carried out by chest and legs, wife is doing the walk of shame behind me. AS we approached the doors I actually wondered if they would toss me out..........................yep they will

I've been to vegas a few times. I have a $50 per night stake.

I went to Vegas in September. My GF and I spent $100 that week gambling but we won $80 and got free drinks. So somewhere between $0 and $20.

I lost about 1500 dollars playing 20/40 Texas hold em. A few bad beats, and playing with players who make 6 figures and play 20/40 like it's 3/6 who raise for the sake of raising and will call you all the way to the River with jack shit will do that do you.

combination of blackjack, slots machine, and roulette. Nothing is more addictive than roulette. They wheel u in on the possibility of a huge payoff if u hit that number. The thing is you would need a huge bankroll to sustain that much spread betting. So i kept withdrawing from the atm until my bank lock me out. Was happy it did too or else i would blow through whats ever in there.

Next morning got a call from my bank and i was like yea....bad night

I have three bizarre connections to three elements of this story ^^^. SMH.

Just for the record, it's not related to gambling. I don't gamble - unless you count the 50 chicken wings I paid up on a bet with Foster 2 years ago.

you know whats worse than playing with those people? Playing with teens and amateur that has nothing to lose. they would called your bluff just to show you off. If don't keep your ego in check, you could be busting out as fast as they do

I've never been to a casino and bet sports small so probably €30 on one bet.

I put this young guy on a read...I knew he was bluffing (thing is, I had jack shit too, missed my straight) so I raised his bull shit bet on the river. he calls me...he calls me fucking King high. He had king high...and he called me...I couldn't believe it.

On a side note, the most I've won in betting on MMA is JBJ vs Shogun. Thank god for idiot MMA fans who inflated the odds for Shogun. JBJ should have easily been -250. I got him at -140 at fight time and put 700 on him.

first joint of my left pinky

I lost 220 on a parlay when the Saints couldn't score enough to put NO/Den over 55. If the Saints would've played even a mediocre game, I'd have won about 3K that night.
