Whats the best cereal?

I finally tried some peanut butter cap't crunch a while back. Wish they had it during my fat years.

I'm eating Power-Os now, a bean based cerel.

Went with Cap'n Crunch, Cap'n is closely followed by Cinnamon Toast Crunch and I think fruit loops and frosted flakes are pretty solid as well.
