What's the actual functionality of the the 'friends' feature here?

I have a bunch of 'friends' but I have no idea what that actually does. As far as I know it doesn't give me any more access to their profile, doesn't notify me which threads they post in, doesn't even tell me they are my 'friend' when I see their posts, causing me to forget who exactly my 'friends' are. Just wondering if this feature actually does anything at all.

You can make your wall, albums, etc to be available to only friends and mods, excluding others.

other than that, not much. There are some people on my list I barely talk to or remember, and some of my top buds aren't on my list.

It should help you sleep better at night.

I'm organizing a mod brony hunt for sometime in April to rid Sherdog of this invasive species once and for all.

You're invited of course.

If you need a snitch, I'm in. I can go undercover brony for the cause.

We need someone leading the way.

Can't hunt without a good pointer to flush out the prey..

If you're up to that then you're on.

I accept silver coins via Paypal BTW

It lets you know you're loved.

For some reason I think I might want into the bronies club :/

You add all the mods as friends, then if they give you dubs you say

"What the heck man, we are friends on here!!!"
