Pretty much, but it is HW, Cain my be stupid enough to stand with him (See the first fight with Jr). Assuming he wins, he's probably 1 fight away from a title shot as others have said, Stipe rematch would be about the best he could get but he likely wouldn't get that, match with Volkov would make sense.

If Ngannou wins there is not need for Stipe rematch at this point. Ngannou vs JDS/Lewis winner is better option even if Lewis win. Ngannou vs Lewis is kind of unfinished business, Stipe dominated him clearly.

DC vs Ngannou is second option but I think DC is gonna fight 2 more times, money fight against Brock and trilogy with Jones at heavyweight and thats it. Cain would like rematch with Ngannou I guess.
