You pretty much answered your own question pretty accurately.

He’s a one-round fighter that gasses trying to sub-hunt front chokes before imploding.

Cut him or feed him to another prospect with good cardio and sub defense, not really much else to be done at this point, he looks like he peaked early in his career and never really could develop his striking or learn to pace himself.

Fuck him. He was bragging like crazy coming into UFC, always smug that he is getting popularity off being decent looking. Didn't fight much and when he finally upped the frequency and competition he quickly started to fold each time.
