What's in your guacamole?

I keep reading the thread title in the capital one Scottish dudes voice.

I can't stand guacamole so I couldn't tell you if it's good, but my buddies wife makes it with avocado, s&p, garlic, some crushed tomatoes, lime, cilantro and chipotle tabasco. Everyone else eats that shit by the dish and loves it.

I thought I was the only person alive that hated guac/avocado.

avocado, salsa verde and cilantro is how my mom taught me. maybe some salt.
I'm assuming your salsa verde isn't my salsa verde, I couldn't imagine gherkins, capers and anchovies in a guac. How do you make yours?
Tableside guacamole is the best

Sounds interesting!

I take tomatillos and boil them with thai or arbol peppers and maybe a few serrano peppers until they get soft and change color.

Throw into a blender with a piece of onion and a little of the water from the pot and some salt.

Add cilantro after it cools and that's it. Pretty simple recipe but I like it.
