What's happening in this gif??

I'm no expert, but I'd say it's a blown Flux Capacitor.

Seen it a million times. A failure common to that model of revolving door.

With this post you have officially solidified the rep earned by the mentions of you, by others, in the funniest posters thread.

Looks like the person on the outside was being pushed by wind. The attire theu are wearing might suggest it is windy that day. The cross of the base folds inwards on itsself maybe the wind hit it perfectly on both sides to do that

The doors broke and slammed together. This is quite old. The revolving door manufacturer had a defect.

Modern revolving doors are designed to collapse if enough force is put on them. This prevents them from becoming a fire hazard (people pushing on both sides in a panic doesn't cause the door to jam, instead the panels give way). The person coming in on the wrong side likely triggered an auto-collapse mechanism and the safety glass shattered against the guy caught inside.

it's a person, not the wind.

Only one person involved there. The guy on the other side doesn't actually try to move through or even affect the situation. He's still outside when the glass breaks.

Didn't know that.
