Last I heard he had his debut booked way back in 2014 but he couldn't get sanctioned to fight.

Sadly, no. I remember him winning gold/first place in the kudo world championship this year, he then posted that he will be focusing on his UFC debut, but no news yet. I hope he can debut before the year end.
