2 to 1 pork to beef, I think pork generally tastes just a little better tbh
but I'm just gonna do a straight forward bolognese and bechamel lasagna

can you handle no cheeses, or can you do sheeps cheese?

I'm not allergic or anything but dairy just doesn't agree with me so I ignore it where I can. Cheese I like too much to not eat though, so I figure if I ditch all other dairy but eat cheese in moderation it'll even itself out

I’m not really sure but you can’t fuck this bread up it’s so easy. The only kneading you do is about 30-45 minutes before you put it in the oven. You just fold it over itself 4 times then let it sit.

    Recipe No Knead Bread

    3 cups flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon INSTANT yeast
1 1/2 cup room temp water.

Mix FIRST THREE ingredients in large bowl till well combined.
Add water and mix by hand till combined. It will be sticky. Wood spoon worked well though.

Cover with damp towel or plastic wrap and set aside in kitchen.

    Wait 12-18 hours.

For this next part I laid down a silicone sheet on my counter and dusted it with flour. I didn’t want it sticking to my counter. You can also keep the Dough in the bowl if you want.

With your hand scoop dough out of bowl onto counter/silicone. Dust dough with flour. Fold over itself four times. Should be some what of a ball. Cover dough with damp cloth.

Set oven to 450 and place cast iron skillet or
Le Crueset into oven to become pre heated as well. Heat skillet up for 30 minutes in oven.
    I used this:

If you kept the dough in the bowl you can just open the oven, pull the rack out and plop the dough in. If you didn’t, and the dough is on the counter, take the skillet out and pick the dough up and put in skillet.
Put skillet back in oven and put cover on. Bake for 30 min. After 30 min take cover off and bake for additional 10-15 minutes. Until top is dark brown.
Let rest after taking it out for like 30 minutes.
Eat that fucker. I prefer butter and honey.

So we ate 1/4 of the loaf last night. This morning the rest of the fam was out with friends and I went for a run. Came back from run and my fucking dog had eaten the rest of the loaf. Lol<IllKillU>
I’ll make another tonight. Fuck me lmao.

That's great thanks for that, I'm definitely gonna try breads soon, not that I can eat much anyway but everyone else will. Except the dog!
Your dog must be feeling so heavy right now, what type of mutt is it?

Ah yeah that's a nice deep lasagna, I love that stuff, it might be my favorite winter meal I think

I did a vegan one a while back, using leek instead of lasagna sheets. Cut the leeks long ways and layer over the veg mix.
It was nice but a lot of effort to go to

It is a propane fueled 82 quart crawfish/Low country boiler/steamer.

You just put in water and the appropriate seasoning, and bring it to a boil. Then you just put in the foods in at the appropriate time. The order is is an oft debated topic. My personal preference is Potatoes first for 5 minutes, Then add the onions and sausage for 15, then add the corn for 10. And finally adding the shrimp at the end for 3. If you are using crawfish also, you put them in a few minutes before the corn.

Awesome Food for 15-20 people in less than an hour with no mess. Can't be beat.

My mate's nan used to do something similar in her dutchie pot, she would leave the crayfish for the last few minutes as well.
As we were heading out she'd chuck some in the pot that was always on and send us out into the cold with a big mug of it. Jamaicans init
