Fucking love Pringles
Enoki mushrooms are super delicate, last time I overcooked them and this time I only overcooked them ever so slightly. Next time I will have perfected my enoki game. They just get kinda hard but if you cook them quickly on a low temperature they have an awesome noodly texture.
Ingredients: Bell pepper, Poblano pepper, serrano pepper, tomatoes, coconut curry, enoki mushrooms. Served on quinoa and garnished with avocado.
Sweet potato curry. God damn.
Ever had a spicy sweet potato soup? Would love to have your dish alongside one.
Damn. That looks delicious. I’m not huge on pasta but lasagna is definitely the GOAT pasta.

Yeah sweet potato soup is a regular in my house, sometimes with butternut squash, sometimes just the potato.
Tastes real good with spice and a coconut base to it, one of my favorites

The only place I can get those enoki mushrooms as far as I know are the Chinese supermarket which is currently shut down. I have some shitake left but no other mushrooms
This is the green soup I made
I think it had broccoli
red & green chillis
lemon zest and juice
I think that was it. I blended it down afterwards & it was gorgeous. Should have seen my shit this morning though...
and my dog Sunday morning on his 6am beach walk, not sure we'll get back there for a few weeks unfortunately until lockdown is over
That’s a hearty looking soup. I love something like this, especially on a cold or rainy day.
These days I end up doing a lot of grilling outside. I have a huge covered patio in the back, so I try to spend as much time outside as possible since we’re rarely going anywhere these days. Probably going to slow smoke a pork shoulder this weekend. Let this baby smoke low and slow for 10-12 hours. Serve it with cornbread and coleslaw.

My friend got the mushrooms at some asian store around here, came in clutch. Wanna do BBQ oyster mushroom “ribs” one of these days.

Love grilling, had a streak of ribeyes and chuck ribs last week. Saw some tomahawk steaks at the grocery store back then but haven’t seen them around since, wanna try my hand at one of those.
Damn that soup looks awesome. I think my blood pressure dropped just looking at it.
I worked (from home) for like 14 hours yesterday so I had pizza rolls and Pabst Blue Ribbon for dinner.
