I don't take photos with public figures just to post it on Facebook or Instagram to seek validation pretending that I met someone of importance. Childish behaviour.

To me it's more important to approach them like other people, perhaps exchange few words and move on with my life not bothering them.

Depending on circumstances, I'd likely ask what's up, throw a joke in there, smile back and carry on with my business.
