Violence/Genocide: Do not condone violence or genocide on a person or group of people. You are free to attack a person or groups ideas but you are crossing the line when calling for violence. This will be heavily enforced in threads with breaking news involving victims.

Law What would have made the Ahmaud Arbery shooting justifiable in your eyes?

Yeah, he won’t admit it because he’s a coward. But him and Ripskater are one and the same.

Because you have free will. God created everything.
You can suck a mans cock if you want, but doesnt mean God would because he gave you the ability too.

    Like a Zombie situation?

I’d definitely try to kill a dead person that was chasing me.

And by God's authority he had every right to ignore the men he did not know. He looked back and saw this on the front bumper of Travis McMichael's truck.

History here in Ga. tells us that if you're a Black man (like me) and someone who's sporting that emblem is chasing you for 5 minutes in a truck (after you've been hit by a truck), they're going to act in a way that will be harmful to your physical being.

He was in fear for his life and they could not act on the authority of the Lord God to break the laws of the land and interfere with a private citizen whom they did not see commit any crime.

They had a moral obligation to leave him alone and just call the police.

If they were in the process of attacking him when he shot them, no, I would not consider that murder.

There are distinct parallels to the two cases. It just happens that you've missed them completely because you are too interested in the politics of the people involved.

Three men, one with a gun, chase and threatened a fourth man. The fourth man runs and does everything in his power to escape. Once the fourth man is cornered, and has exhausted all avenues of retreat, he is forced to fight to defend himself. The three men in each case, and their defenders, throw out all sorts of reasons why the one man had no right to self defense (and tellingly, they're the exact same reasons in both cases). He didn't belong there. He provoked their attack by committing some vague crime that doesn't seem to have taken place. They sincerely thought he had committed a crime and were trying to execute a citizen's arrest. They, the three men who were giving chase and shouting threats, felt threatened by he, the one man who was running from them and attempting to escape.

The juries issued the exact same verdict in both cases. Both juries declared that if YOU are the aggressors, and YOU are the ones giving chase, and if YOU are the ones who force the conflict to a head, then YOU are fully responsible for the end results of that conflict that YOU have forced. If the person you attacked ends up dead, that's on YOU. And if the person you attacked fights back and you end up dead, then that's also on YOU.

Likewise, the juries declared that if you are being chased, and you do everything in your power to escape, and other parties refuse to give up the chase, corner you and attack you, and push the conflict to a head, and then you fight back, the responsibility for what happens as a result does NOT lie with you. If the people who are attacking you kill you, they can't successfully claim it's your fault because you fought back when forced to. And if the people who are attacking you end up dead at your hands when you fight back, that's also not your fault because, again, they forced you into a fight that you wanted no part of.

All of that is pretty clear cut. If you take the political blinders off.

Rip had that religous schtick going. I guess Papi could be leaving out the religous schtick to not make it obvious he is Rip, if infact he is.
