Had just had a Bunionectomy ( bunion removal). I was thinking of ways to prevent my body from ballooning up. I need to be in a sitting position. I am naturally muscular with a lil extra baggage and do not want alot of baggage!! Any advice?? Thanks in advance
can you get on a bike or an ellipsis machine? you can def strength train, i.e. do lots of reps on bench, biceps, etc. to keep your muscles toned - and def would have to reduce calorie intake - good luck homie
I did some curls ect. felt good. Still not able to use the bike, but I'll take it easy on the calories. Thanks for the tips
