what workouts would you do if...

    Had just had a Bunionectomy ( bunion removal). I was thinking of ways to prevent my body from ballooning up. I need to be in a sitting position. I am naturally muscular with a lil extra baggage and do not want alot of baggage!! Any advice?? Thanks in advance

    can you get on a bike or an ellipsis machine?

    you can def strength train, i.e. do lots of reps on bench, biceps, etc. to keep your muscles toned - and def would have to reduce calorie intake - good luck homie

    I did some curls ect. felt good. Still not able to use the bike, but I'll take it easy on the calories. Thanks for the tips

    Just do any exercises that don't affect it. Just do high rep for cardio, not huge strength gains.
