We've seen Penn win a WW title fight after weighing in at 167, AS fight LHW at 202, Hendo fight Fedor at 207. Will Conor weigh in at the full 171, or will he come in light, seeing that he would already be water loading in anticipation of 155 cut?

I've heard fighters say that its part of the prep, even to cut a few pounds with water management keeps familiarity in the process. I don't know, that's why I posed the question..

Conor cut from 172 to make 145. He's gonna be probably 175-180 pre cut, and just cut a few lbs to make 170/171. He's not coming in under.
