I know Tommy Boy will seem like an obvious choice to many people because it had a great story, but Beverly Hills Ninja was funny as hell and Almost Heroes is grossly underrated.

Physical humor was a big part of his comedy, but I think there was more to him than that. Have you ever watched his SNL Best of DVD? His stuff was classic.
