Look to really PULVERIZE your ephemeral stabalizer muscles? I sure hope so, because todays tip of the day took a lot of effort and research on my part. Do you know how hard it was to find ballerina shoes in size 13 mens? I had to get those bitches custom made nukkuh, so appreciate what you're gonna here. I have found the ONLY exercise that can truly BLASTINATE your core muscles, the POWERHOUSE of any true athlete.
One must first acquire themselves a fair of toe shoes (this can be a task in itself), and perform the entire following circuit, balanced on one toe. You will alternate legs with each circuit:
One Handed Barbell Jerks
Kettlebell snatches
Pistols
One Arm Thickbar Rows
One fingered overhead squats
Whipping a 50lb bag of flour around your head until it snaps off and white shit flies all over your face so you look like Lucy, or Tony Montana.
