Ive been to Vegas before but not for a UFC so I may be wrong... but for $60 at the MGM conference hall I think that's for something the UFC is putting on for people who cant get tickets, possibly may be hosted by a fighter and/ or extras? In any case the cheapest tickets to go to the actual event wouldn't cost too much more than that and if you couldn't afford to go to the actual event I wouldn't think you'd wanna pay that much to watch it on a screen. Im almost certain you would be able to go to a bar or a restaurant and watch for free or a small cover charge.
I could be totally wrong so you should check up on that (like hooters have there own casino just off the strip that a lot of people go to eat/ have drinks and watch the UFC all over the US... so you think they would possibly be showing it for example). Also Dana tweets the day or day before etc on his twitter accounts places you can go and get free tickets but id imagine you would have to be really quick and nearby.

Official confirmed on there they will be showing the fight. Again never been there to watch a UFC but I went to a restaurant in Los Angeles to watch Silva V Okami and you had to get their early to get a table a pay a $10 cover charge. It wasn't a hooters though so they are likely different. Email them and ask. In my opinion though after eating at a hooters once it doesnt seem like a fun atmosphere to watch fights and the screens aren't very big... that was at a small restaurant though the one in Vegas might have a sports bar or something, I'd advise you to check out a few places beforehand maybe.
