I have two dumb bells that can go to 20 lbs each. What should i expect to see from doing lots of curls with these every day? Strength increase? muscle growth? definition?

I do like the idea of getting stronger while sitting on the computer so how much can i expect to see from dumbbell curls?

You could get stronger by letting me hit you in the belly numerous times a day.

    Either or.

Groin/Belly punches are a great way to get bigger and stronger. As long as a guy with a handlebar mustache, wearing leather chaps, and a really hairy chest is the guy punching you.

You will gain tremendous strength from working with 20 lb. dumbells.

    ...if you weigh 75 pounds.

Whether this post is for real or a joke, with 20 lbs. dumbells you can do:

Triceps: Tricep Overhead extensions, Tate Presses

Shoulder: Overhead Presses, Front Raises, L-Raises,

Abs: Saxon Side Bends, Russian twists

I'm pretty sure there are many more..... Maybe wear a backpack and put the two dumbells in it, and do pushups.

i like your lazy style so i will give you some computer chair workourts

    1. seated dumbell shoulder press , seated dumbell side raises , seated dumbell front raises
    2. seated dumbell curls
    3. seated kickbacks and overhead extensions
    4. seated dumbell shrugs
    5. seated dumbell wrist curls
    6. seated hammer curls
7 . stand up sit down ,,, yeah this seems pretty straight foward , stand up and sit down as many times as can until your legs cannot hold you up any longer ... work your way up to doing it with 1 leg at a time!
8 . seated quater dips . just put your hands on the sides of your chair and lift yourself up and down
9 . seated incline dumbell press ... now if your chair can recline back, do it ! then start pressing . but make sure the chair is stable u dont want it going too far back ..
    10 . incline flys .. same thing
11 . seated dumbell rows , just flip your chair around and recline it a little bit so you are hanging over slightly , now just hang your arms in front and row the dumbells towards you on an angle ...

now for your cardio ,. while you were exercising you should of been downloading a new porno , and this should be done ... well u know the rest

and if your chair has wheels thats an addes bonus , just slide your way out of your room to the fridge to get some milk
