Im tired of eating canned tuna, chicken, peanut butter sandwiches, turkey and so forth. Any suggestions on other things to eat that are high protien low calories/fat? thanks
Protein shakes are great. They fill you up pretty good if you make it with milk. I mix my chocolate protein shakes with skim milk, and they're great. The milk has no caloric or fat value, but is high in protein. Really great source if you're looking for a snack type thing. And by the way, peanut butter isnt low in fat.
yea, i kill protien shakes, 2-3 a day, if not more. i work at a seafood resturant, so i have gotten to where i hate all kinds of seafood. thanks for the info about PB, i do get the reduced fat jif tho.
