Hi All, this is my first post ever on Sherdog. I've been reading a lot in the Nutrition area but I have a question about the bottom of my own feet. I just started doing Muy Thai Cardio fitness stuff, and I am doing 3-4 times a week. The balls of my feet are ripping up and I am getting tnos of blisters. Is there anything I can use to help me continue 3-4 without having to wait for the blisters to heal? Also, yesterday I wasnt able to kick the bags because my shins and feet were swelling. Outside of just kicking the bag more properly and icing at night, is there anything else i should be doing? thanks again!
