Any idea on the time for walk out for Holm and Tate? 5am or so ? Want to see that fight and then Diaz vs. McGregor, not sitting up for this card.

I can't imagine it starting any earlier than 4:20 your time. I'd say get up at 4:15 to give yourself a chance to wake up, watch the walkouts and get in the mood.
