what the hell does Russia and Donald have on Lindsey graham?!!

Not that I don't believe Graham would try to rig an election, but to the best of my knowledge all these claims are currently hearsay. Since I've been a big supporter of the courts dismissing all the hearsay BS produced by Trump's lawyers, it would be pretty hypocritical to stand firm on hearsay about Graham. The claims should be vetted though.

Its not hearsay. Hearsay is a third person reporting the second person heard an utterance first hand.

Graham has admitted to calling him and discussing votes and signatures

It's just so odd. Then there is the way Ted Cruz just grovels at Trump's feet after the guy called his wife ugly. Imagine the feeling of being married to a man like that who not only won't defend your honor but has been royally emasculated.

Though keep in mind it's the same wife who publicly stated Ted didn't make enough money for her liking. Sometimes it's the wives themselves doing the emasculating.

I had a certain amount of respect for Lindsey but I flushed that down the toilet with how he's been acting lately. He wouldn't' even defend his friend John Mccain when Trump attacked him.
He was promised that he could be head of the Trumpstapo, but is now realizing him dreams are crushed... he's pissed.

Graham won. Get over it.

You can do better than this. Your mother and I believe in you.

You're confusing the definition of the word with the hearsay rules as applied in US courts. Wittness statements are just an acceptable form of hearsay as opposed to second hand claims which are typically an unacceptable form.

My point is, if the courts are going to throw out signed affidavits from "wittnesses" of irregularities as hearsay because they are not vetted and can't be backed up by data (and they should be throwing those out), then it's absurd to treat a disagreement about the implications of a conversation as hard fact when there is nothing but one man's recollection of the conversation to back it up. It's never been vetted or backed up in any way.

Oxford dictionary definition
Hear·say - LAW: the report of another person's words by a witness, which is usually disallowed as evidence in a court of law.

Cornel law school's definition:
Hearsay is an out-of-court statement offered to prove the truth of whatever it asserts.

Honest question, is there something directly illeagal about that? To the best of my knowledge, and I'm not a prosecutor, it's completely legal to ask questions, and to disagree about what the tollerance should be for accepting signatures. I'd consider it impropper, but I don't think that's illeagal.

It is obviously illeagal to ask someone to throw out good legal votes made in compliance with election rules without cause. Whether he actually did that is the thing currently in dispute and it's one guy's word against another.

lol maybe she thought marrying a Harvard Law graduate would have meant more money and less spotlight.
This means Ted is a total cuck

All I know is that it's fucking hilarious that it's a Trump sycophant that is caught trying to steal the election.

It's even funnier that the cultist's on this forum are silent about it .

Trumps ambassador to Denmark and Faroe Islands got caught lying about her vote (claimed her vote for Trump wasn´t counted. Turns out it was), then when asked about it at a presser just ran out of the room and left the building in a hurry.

Elect a clown and you get a cirkus.

Lady G is more concerned about what all those male escorts in DC have on him.

This absolutely not hearsay. The Republican Secretary of State literally, who Lindsey tried pressuring is the one who came out with this.he also had aids on phone for witness evidence. This is straight from the horses mouth.
From a legal standpoint we can play semantics but this isn’t some rando of the street with a two bit affidavit. This is the Republican Secretary of State of Georgia. I guarantee you his testimony is worth 1000 flimsy affidavit.

He's filthy politician, he will change his positions based on up to the second polling numbers

JFC we have a Republican responsible for the election making a very clear accusation and that’s negated because we have not derped along on the voter fraud CTs? @Hadron90 managing to slip to new depths of BS.
