What size GI should I order?

Why would you do the A3? Then it will be super tall. Do the A2, seeing as that is about correct for height, and see how that fits. If it's big around the waist, wash it a few times... see how it shrinks.
OR ask the gi provider what he thinks is best. He may recommend you getting two and sending the one that doesnt fit back.

Nobody can answer that question because it is depending on how you are built, the model you want to buy and what kind of fit you like.
Go to class and try your trainingpartner's kimonos that may fit.

I'm 5'11 165 and I went with an a3. its fits well. it was big at first but you can always shrink them a full size down. the waist of the pants is very loose, but i just cinch it down
