I'd be interested to get your opinion on your strength after 6 months of training wrestling or bjj. If you were my son I would put you in the hospital and put a feeding tube in you before child services came by and arrested me for not feeding my kid.

This is crazy! I literally don't like THAT skinny... I should post a pic some time.
But if I need to gain weight fast, how can I do cardio to get in shape for wrestling? Or maybe I can do cardio and gain weight at the same time?
