I'm thinking about taking a week completely off as a deload, and I was wondering what you thought my diet should be like during that time. Up until now I've been eating as much as I can, clean protein, carbs, vegetables, etc. Should I eat the same as before, just cut back on carbs, or what? I want to come out of this deload basically where I was before and ready to make gains again, and I really appreciate the advice. Thanks.

Eat the same, minus peri-workout nutrition (duh). It's a week to recover from lifting, you'll need calories to heal up and supercompensate a bit.

That sounds good to me.

Exactly what Donut said..

I'd still take creatine and beta alanine if you are taking either of them, though.

edit: Obviously you'll keep taking your multi and fish oil as well.

I'd say eat more and sleep more then you normally would
