I am 17 Years Old, i exercise twice daily:
Morning: 1 Hour Run (Medium Speed)
Evening: 1 Hour Boxing

I also Have a very clean and healthy diet. Although i do NOT take whey protein, Should i?

Im not as toned as i would like to be expecially in the ab area but my chest is quite toned. How can i achieve this?

And is there anything else i should do or remove i basicly want to have as little fat as possible and as athletic as possible and fast and powerfull.

(im quite a noob when it comes this subject i havnt really done much research in to what im doing but i have read the FAQS!)

If you want to talk about getting toned this is the wrong forum

Then your question has to be more specific.

But since you don't do any weightlifting: start weightlifting

Should i Take Whey Protein?

---

Is there any specific lifts i should do? should i focus on lots of reps low weight or low reps high weight? How many days a week?

What?

Read the FAQ's! And don't forget the one from the diet and nutrition section

What I recommend, based on your workout stats that you posted, you should try to intake around 20-30 oranges per day (to keep your body hydrated and also to keep your vitamin C up). Little known fact is that gatorade and other sports drinks try to mimic the nutrients located inside nature's very own orange.

Along with this you can consume anything else you normally do, the oranges are just to regulate your body's most important vitamins.

This will also help you get ripped, stronger and faster, its even good for the boxing muscles

TS, forget about the "orange thing," it's a joke.

Some questions:

How long have you been training in boxing?

Are you training in a boxing gym, with a coach?

What are your long-term training objectives? (Competitive boxer, MMA fighter, just want to stay in shape, etc.)

Have you talked to your coach about your interest in being faster and more powerful?

You're giving away all of the forum's top super-secret methods for becoming super-strong, fast, ripped and dead of vitamin C toxicosis. Sssshhhh!

Oh, so you actually did start a thread like this in S&C...read the stickies in both D&S and S&C, get some knowledge and an idea of what these forums are about (hint: "toned?" really?), and ask specific, meaningful questions.
