umm, I dont think theres any strength programs for cutting.
Check the body building forum...
Theres P90x and insanity

Follow a routine in the FAQ and add in some put down the forks.

What program?

The program where you keep your diet in check.

Continue to lift heavy and maybe reduce the volume a bit. The key is your diet.

Your overall work capacity will decrease when in a caloric deficiency, so dont try to cut on smolov or something.

Dont go crazy with the volume, keep the intensity high, keep lifting heavy.

thank you all for posting , I know that I should watch my diet but what I was asking about is that with calorie deficient diet and the conditioning workouts I can't keep up with SS but I think I will do 5/3/1 for 3 days/week and if that kicked my ass I will go with the 2 days version

My current 5/3/1 cutting routine / rules / advice:

Diet is paramount.
5/3/1 2 day split (Deads/Press & Squat/Bench) works really well (for me).
I just do the required reps on the last set on the 3 x 3 week.
Take it easy with the assistance work (sometimes I don't do any).
Diet is paramount.
Deload every cycle.
Don't go too nuts with hard conditioning - Incorporate some LSD if you want.
Listen to your body - you'll take longer to recover than usual.
Don't aim to serve 2 masters - losing weight is your primary goal, not getting stronger or better conditioned.
Diet is paramount.

Take what you want from the above and see what works for you.
