My dad started the company when I was in middle school and I worked with him a lot, I bought in after getting my first job out of college because the extra income made it easy to pay down loans and save.

Most jobs it's just him and I busting our balls, but for the really big jobs we've got a few guys we pay a daily rate to help us.

My dad is almost 60, so he's transitioning into just doing the measuring and estimates while I handle the actual job and manage whatever crew I need.
