To me it's this:

19%20Fedor%20Emelianenko%20vs%20Mark%20Coleman%20I00h05m35s-00h05m47s_zpsp5uidfzp.gif

I thought Fedor was in trouble and the baaam. I was amazed and very shocked.

If you listen to Bas, you'll get why this is even greater than it looks.

Bas said: " Everybody thought that Fedor was a ground and pound fighter, well ladies and gentlemen, he does know submissions."

Then when he watched the replay: "OK, here we go. And watch how he sets it up. The high guard, really high guard and he's got it already. My God, he switched his hip like a middle weight or a light weight. Very fast. So aaa, next opponent, be aware, he does know submissions. A A And very good too."

Anderson over sonnen in first fight. I thought spider was out of it.

Definitely Aldo vs McGregor for me. Was in awe for a good week.

Silva/Chonan, anyone?

Silva upwards elbow, as well.

I gotta go with Reem/Bigfoot. I wanted Reem to win, but the mma fan in me couldn't help but appreciate the sheer violence of that finish lol. I think it's the closest we'll ever come to seeing how well a modern chemically enhanced kickboxer would fare against a prehistoric man. Much respect to Reem for going out on his shield!

Honorable mention - the herb dean face:

Anderson vs Vitor left me speechless. Yet squealing like a girl at the same time.

Nate Marquardt over Maia

Conor over Aldo

you were surprised fedor beat coleman?

saku vs shcembri comes to my mind (not a favourite)

Barry vs Kongo, I went crazy when Kongo finally knocked Barry out

Mitch Clark d'arce choke of Raging Al

Nah, that wasn't unexpected at all. As soon as I saw Coleman plant that hand, I knew the armbar was coming. That was completely textbook, submissions 101 there.

Now this was unexpected, becuase who the hell thought Gonzaga was going to KO Crocop?!?!?
