I'm not into Christian music, but if I had to pick one As I lay Dying would be my favorite. They told the media they were a Christian band, but Ironically the lead singer was sentenced to six years in prison for hiring an undercover detective to murder his wife.

I like Gregorian chant, we have a pretty good schola where I hear Mass and a live sung High Mass done well is a thing of true beauty.

I also quite like some Byzantine/Eastern chants.

Schubert's Ave Maria is always a classic.
