Just looked them up considering I thought for sure Andrade, Tyrone, Zabit and Geoff Neal were shoe ins and instead they had some crap wmma fight that wasn't even the best fight of the night as FOTN.

Neal landed one of the nastiest walk off head kick KO's I've ever seen/heard and Zabit pulled something off we wont see for a very long time again.

What is up with ufc always giving awards to crap wmma fights? Charles Byrd vs Darren Stewart was world's better of a fight anyway, was a war with a definitive comeback finish plus it had normal sized humans that could actually hurt eachother.

If they gave it to Zabit they would have to give it to Aljo as well who did the same sub, and against a higher ranked opponent. And Al Hassan deserved a bonus as well

Definitely. Not disagreeing with you at all on this, Aljos sub was nuts and Al Hassan KO was crazy as well.

All of them were much more deserving of awards than that womens fight imo which is why I'm a bit baffled.

He should fight somebody in top 15 not yet a top 10 guy . Anyways would enjoy to see him getting merked by a top 10 guy right away .

I actually thought the women's fight was awesome but that's just me. Both of them went for it with everything they had.

When that "woman's fight" happened a lot of people in the PBP thread were calling it Fight of the Night already. When a WWMA bout can make even our hardbitten Sherdoggers think that....

Agreed with FOTN mainly cause I wasn't expecting shit from that fight and only watch WMMA cause I stick money on it, if you asked me before hand which fight I would skip of all them I would have said that one. Was a great scrap, technical ability from Aldana and Pudilova just kept going forward.
