What is this training drill called ?

Hey guys.
At BJJ Last night i done this drill where:

1 - lie on your back with your feet flat on the ground.
2 - bridge your back (not that high)
3 - lean your whole body over onto your shoulder
4 - kick your butt out and lift it up towards where your upper body is (making an l shape)
5 - then move back into the lying on your back with your feel flat on the ground.
6 - then you go onto the opposite shoulder.
Eventually you make your way up to the end of the mat.

Sorry but its real hard to describe, anyone know what its called ?
