I remember Riddle getting one, but he finished it on the ground, don't know if that counts. What makes it the ultimate finishing move though?
Realistically speaking, standing gullotine can only be pulled off in the ufc by elite fighters.

rear naked choke. I realize it's a pretty basic example, but it's effortless in execution and deadly.
I think it's the most common finisher in MMA. So that's a good choice. Go with what works.
Definitely a flush head kick is the ultimate fight stopper.

I've pulled off standing arm triangles just messing around and its AWESOME. (I've never gone to a grappling school)
Standing guillotine in an actual fight seems way more brutal though.
