What Is The Status Of King Of The Cage

Has anyone heard if King Of The Cage does still exist or has been sold or anything else
for that matter since Terry Treblecock who was the last known owner lifted the exclusive
clauses on fighters contracts to allow them to fight wherever there is open contracts do
to no events with King Of The Cage.The reason I ask it is a valuable promotion that still
has some use especially showcasing young talent & talent that won't be UFC material
but does deserve a reasonable place to fight.

They held up that one guy from signing with UFC iirc. Last I heard of them. They been doing regional shows

They make their money off of ticket sales so they’re laying low for a while

I know at one time they were also selling their name rights to events around the US. Seem to be mostly Casino MMA shows. From a few local cards I saw advertising for it appears to be more or less local talent within the State and maybe few guys from bordering States and they slap the KOTC presents on the posters to try to help drive sales.
