My vote still goes to TKD.

Most people who do Capoeira, Tai Chi or Chi Kung don't actually delude themselves into believing they can really fight. Most TKD players do

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I would assume that capoeira is very energy-inefficient.

Slightly off topic, but what's the website that ranks martial arts/combat sports based on their effectiveness?

Capoeira is a form that combines elements of martial arts, music, and dance.

To me, this is like saying, "I study a type of astrophysics that combines math, astrology and cooking."

I didn't say that it was least effective, although I believe it is probably one of the least effective martial arts.
