What is the medical time for someone who has been knocked out?

It should be at least 30 days after a doctor visit before that person can spar.

I thought a concussion was an automatic 90 day suspension but I'm probably wrong about that.

After Pettis vs dos Anjos at UFC 185 Pettis had a concussion and went 5 rounds. He only got about a three week suspension. But he wasn't knocked out and I guess we'll just have to wait for the official statement.
