What is the IDEAL SIZE for a fighter? (and the square cube law)

I’d say except for BB or competitive sailing, Dwight Howard is too awkward to excel at anything else. He could be good but not elite.

Long limbs have a lot of liability. Big men in BB have all kinds of ankle, foot, knee, back problems. Too much leverage, it gives you efficiency: a 30 deg rotation of a 7 footer could mean a 2 feet displacement at the end vs a 1 foot displacement for a short stocky guy. But the short guys short limbs give him a lot less resistant torque therefore less stress on the limb. It’s likr increasing the size of the wheel will give you more top end but gears and connectors are more likely to break

By similar principle, a short guy has less angular momentum to deal with so he can turn and change direction a lot faster with a lot less stress to his structure .

Short people don’t break bones when they fall either, most of the older people in wheelchairs are taller people

I think you are a genius

I really do

Excellent post
